SIZE & FIT
Model is a size 8 and is wearing an 8 top and pants. Our signature twist top is designed to brush over your body, while still allowing comfort and movement in the treatment room. Take your regular size.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We offer flat rate shipping of $12 for domestic orders. FREE shipping is available on orders over $250 within Australia only. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days without logo embroidery. Processing and set up of logo embroidery can take 10-14 days & 2-3 days for garments to be embroidered with your logo. We ship our orders via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We endeavour to get your garments to you, embroidered and steamed as soon as possible.

RETURNS - We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Pre-order items can be returned for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your full priced item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that have been embroidered with your logo are not, by any means eligible for a return. It is advisable that you thoroughly check the sizing chart before purchasing. Once embroidered items have been verified by the customer and production has begun, the process cannot to paused or amended.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items that have had logo embroidery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the items purchased minus shipping and handling fees, on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Salon Threads are not responsible for delays due to customs.
