Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.   We offer flat rate shipping of $12 for domestic orders.  FREE shipping is available on orders over $250 within Australia only.  Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days without logo embroidery.  Processing and set up of logo embroidery can take 10-14 days (longer if you make multiple changes to your logo set up) & 2-3 days for garments to be embroidered with your logo.  We ship our orders via Australia Post.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

We endeavour to get your garments to you, embroidered and steamed as soon as possible.
