Meet the Founder

I didn’t set out to start a uniform brand. I set out to solve a problem I had experienced throughout more than 20 years in the beauty industry.

My career began in the UK, where I trained as a beauty therapist before working within luxury spa environments including Champneys and The Grove. Those years shaped the way I see our industry — teaching me that luxury is in the details, from the client experience to the way a team presents.

As beauty evolved, I watched clinics become more beautiful, treatments more advanced and brands more considered. Yet somehow, the uniform was often left behind.

I knew we deserved better.

I knew what it felt like to spend an entire day in a treatment room — bending, moving and needing comfort and coverage, while still wanting to feel polished and confident.

That became Salon Threads.

Uniforms designed from the treatment room out, by someone who has actually worn them.

Every detail comes back to experience: considered necklines, room to move, flattering drape, thoughtful lengths and fabrics that feel good throughout the working day. Because the smallest details often make the biggest difference.

Today, Salon Threads is growing beyond a collection into a uniform partner for the professional beauty, skin, spa and wellness industry — from our signature uniforms to team wardrobes, embroidery, custom colourways and bespoke development.
