How Custom Embroidery Works

Four steps. No stress. We handle the hard part.

Step 1 — Choose your uniform

Browse the range and select your piece. When you’re ready to checkout, choose the embroidery option and we’ll take it from there.

Step 2 — Send us your logo

Email your logo files to rosie@salonthreads.com after placing your order. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or high-quality PNG. Don’t stress if you’re not sure what you’ve got send what you have and we’ll guide you.

Step 3 — We set it up + send a proof

We translate your logo into an embroidery file so it stitches cleanly on fabric. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you a proof to approve before anything gets stitched. First-time setup takes up to 10 business days.

Step 4 — We stitch + ship

Once you give the go-ahead, your uniforms are embroidered and quality-checked. This takes around 5 business days. Then they’re on their way to you.

What It Costs

One-off logo setup fee	$75 (first time only — reuse on all future orders)

Choose Your Thread Colour

This is where it gets good. The right thread colour makes your uniform look intentional, cohesive, and premium.

If you know your Pantone shade, include it in your email and we’ll match as closely as possible. If you don’t, no problem — we’ll help you choose based on your logo, your uniform colour, and the overall look you’re going for.
